REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Refunds are done via the same issuing bank through which the product was purchased.Payments made through Electronic means like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, Wallet etc. Refund shall be made using the same Payment mode.
- Transfer of Payment is only done once the items reach the Warehouse, which take between 7-10 Business days.
- For COD transactions, the user will receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details in writing). Estimated amount of time frame in which a customer will be credited the refund is 10 days depending on the card issued or the bank.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from day you receive it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition
- Your item must be in the original packaging
- The tags on the product should be intact
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
- In case of any Returns, the shipping cost will not be refunded
- The first exchange is done without an Additional Fee, for further exchanges or in the case of a Return post an Exchange, there will be a charge of Rs 100
Cancellations:
- For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals .
- For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process.
